Good to start. Poor to maintain. Very difficult work environment with a challenging supervisor. The good thingsIf you are a self-starter, you may learn a lot. You get full-stack exposure to Magento, Vue, and Ruby. Working with international school clients provides a great portfolio boost - as well as working with foreign colleagues with limited English skills.
The challengesThe management culture is the biggest drawback; the supervisor’s communication style is aggressive and unpredictable. The company suffers from high technical debt—you spend a lot of time fixing fundamental setup errors made years ago. Documentation is often requested but then ignored by stakeholders, making the work feel redundant and undervalued.
