    Bad management
The good thingsEnjoyed the time with colleagues
The challengesThe company has helped me to grow professionally by stressing a lot on employees. I don't feel confident in the company's performance as the management only look at saving cost but at the expense of stressing the employees. The career and growth opportunities here are limited because they increase peanuts for you and make you work more.

The good thingsGood organizational working culture, friendly superiors and subordinates. Great experience especially the organizational structure always emphasized on team work.
The challenges1. Greater autonomy should be one of the greatest challenges that company should subdue with. 2. Dissemination of information flows should also be improved. 3. Slack in control of operational staff.
