    The challengesEverything is to be done in a very fast speed. And no resting is allowed. Even if you're sick you can't rest long unless it's very serious sickness.

    The challengesThe company has helped me to grow professionally by stressing a lot on employees. I don't feel confident in the company's performance as the management only look at saving cost but at the expense of stressing the employees. The career and growth opportunities here are limited because​​ they increase peanuts for you and make you work more.
