    work environment is toxic
    The good thingsNo. It’s a pretty bad place to work.
    The challengest’s a very bad place to work. There is no teamwork, colleagues are shamed, and even the supervisor participates. The work environment is toxic, and I don’t understand why this is allowed.

    The challengesIf you are AM and above, work responsibilities are unclear covering areas outside of the JD. Top down management approach. Depending on your department, work environment can lack common sense and professionalism.

    Good work and social balance!
    The good thingsWhilst working at POLWEL, I found it very easy to work with the people around the office and was never shy to ask for help when in doubt as everyone was very helpful!
    The challengesBesides your standard hurdles working in an office environment, I never faced any major challenges whilst with the company.

    The good thingsGood learning opportunities to grow and very helpful and supportive colleagues who are like family.
    The challengesFor people who enjoys a good challenge as the company's team is lean and mean. Working style is not suitable for people who can't walk the talk and prefers to manage instead of being on the ground.

    The good thingsHelping employees who were being deprived of certain employment benefits and shortchanged on overtime payments get back their benefits and full overtime payments etc.

    Good learning place that is governed by 'mata'
    The good thingsGood memories of this place with nice office, helpful co-workers and guiding bosses. Good if you want to gain exposure and learn various aspects. As they are affiliated to SPF, they are very compliant in all regulatory requirements unlike some other companies which i have worked in the past.
    The challengesNot the place to be if u prefer to have an easy time or slack your way through cos the team is quite lean. Have to follow SOPs which some like it while some may find it difficult.

    The good thingsThe staff a very helpful and friendly. Good mentors around to enable new comers a opportunity to perform.
    The challengesThe job is based on projects and will require you to relocate more often or so.
