The good thing is if you are capable of adapting quickly, this might be the place for you as within a few months you can be thrown with alot of responsibilities/projects. I enjoyed being in charge of the projects but the business decisions that upper management goes with can make one quite disappointed as they are quite relentless. But business is business.
The good thingsDepending on which department you work with, but engineering department is filled with enjoyable people that are hardworking and help one another. Also location is superb, suntec and marina square within a few mins walk away.
The challengesThe company is fortunate to have workers who do not mind to cover the shortage of manpower, but it is definitely an issue that the management has yet to resolve. Turnover rate is surprisingly high but I would recommend for the experience and then move on to another company.

Good learning ground for junior position. If u enter as a senior position, management expect you to perform miracle and if you can't, won't hesitate to ask you to leave.
The good thingsNo stress. Stable. Quiet.
