    Challenging Industry with Fulfilling Career
    The good thingsThe company is generous and the management is very well rounded and hands-on with every employee.
    The challengesThe industry itself is the most challenging for me who is not an accounting professional but still managed to market our services with the guidance directly coming from the Managing Director and my Manager.

    The good thingsChallenging assignments and exposure to different kinds of industry. Caring managers and HR. Friendly family culture. Really great place to kick start your career, but don't stay too long due to low salary. Good memories here.
    The challengesOT culture. Low salary. Takes too many years to advance to next role. There are many other higher paying jobs for much less stress. Top management do not listen to common folk feedback. Micromanagement. Politics. Lower than average staff benefits due to low profit margin.

    The good thingsHighly recommended as a great place to begin a career, for fresh graduates or fresh NS completions, to learn, unlearn and relearn if need be. Work environment was pleasant with great decor and furnishing.
    The challengesBetter remuneration standards to satisfy employees in line with Company performance. Greater transparency for decision making processes to create a sense of belonging to increase retention rate of employees.
