    The challenges* staff turnover rate is extremely fast. * Working atmosphere is very bad. GM always scolding. * No proper SOP, expected you to learn within short period and always need to work late. * No work life balance

    The good things- Great and tight knitted team mates to ensure work are done together - Great learning opportunity due to the steep learning curve. Management are willing to provide guidance along the way, and state their expectations clearly - Bosses will treat staff to meals as a recognition for hard work - remuneration matches to qualification, effort and performance - easy to voice out opinions and concern as management are open for discussion
    The challenges- may have to OT if work assigned are not completed - you may find the work stressful if you are too individualistic - the starting hours are early

    The good thingsStrong focus on processes and continuous improvements. A young dynamic team and many opportunities to learn together. Very experienced general manager and willing to lead by example. Support upgrading and further studies.

    The good thingsThe stuff there are nice. Work together and try to help each other as much as possible.
    The challengesThe GM expects you to work late beyond offices hours. And bring back home to finish your work. Even on the weekend. You must be able to learn everything within less than 2 weeks. No proper Working Instruction.
