    I'll just take it one day at a time.
    The good thingsEvery day, my work is urgent!
    The challengesThe company is poorly managed and has low productivity. There's always urgent work to be done, and you're constantly being pushed to finish it. Don't even think about annual bonuses or 13th-month salaries; they're only given a tiny amount depending on the manager's mood—it feels like charity.

    I started knowing almost nothing but the team here guided me,unlike other companies with politics.
    The good things1) Friendly working environment 2) Get you improve work speed. 3) Good for fresh graduates to gain training and experience.
    The challengesFast-paced work comes with tight deadlines, heavy workload, and pressure, but these are common in the manufacturing industry, not just this company.

    Good Learning Opportunity !
    The good things- Good opportunity for hardworking people. - The management is supportive and open to suggestions, feedback and new ideas from staff. - The senior staff and managers works closely with you and willing to teach as long as you are willing to learn. - Fast paced environment, challenging work but fulfilling. - Career progression
    The challenges- It can be quite a big learning curve for new employees but there are good systems in place to get you up to speed. - If you are here just to kill time before your next pay check, Prestech will not be the place for you.

    work in prestech -- a real feedback from staff
    The good thingsworking in prestech is not what they said that like write a report like a kid. management will let your write a report, so that they will know that where can help staff to improve self. so that can let staff can fast ready for work. work at prestech, management will training every staff work at prestech, not even a company, they will let staff to feeling like a part of prestech. prestech always said that they will employee people and let staff grow together with company. like that company still not a good company ? if not a well company, why still have many staff work at there more than 5 years?
    The challengesworking in prestech have many work chance to grown up. because the whole company is still keeping on grown.

    Micro-Mange & No work-life balance
    The good thingsWorking environment is still considered ok.
    The challengesHave to cope with being micro-managed from head to toes, writing daily report of what you have done, like kindergarten kid. No work-life balance as almost every time before knock off, you will get a new job and demand you to rush for it. A company which views workers knocking off on the dot, as unproductive and not hardworking, which is untrue. That is to say, no one can leave the company before the boss.
