The challengesCurrent top management (2020) is backward(still thinking and treating employees as if it’s 1980s), controlling, micro-manages and does not trust employees. Lack of direction and focus from top management demotivates employees. HR does very little to show that they respect and value employees. Management expects staff to work without rest (only 45 minutes for lunch) and does not like employees to take leave. Expect to work even when you are on leave as colleagues and management will contact you aggressively even for non urgent things.
