The Good Times.The good thingsThe unity of the staff is great. The directors are understanding people and are accommodating. The experience that I have gained from this company has really taught me a lot about the printing industry. Many of the staff in the company have been with the organisation since day one which is 8 years ago. It really tells you a lot when majority of the staff are pioneers. And that to me, is important.
The challengesThe challenging aspect of the job is the overtime that the staff have. Because in printing, the installation works usually takes place at night in the malls when operating hours are over. So the workers are working through the night. As a HR Manager, I worry for their safety and their wellbeing, especially if they have other jobs in the day. Therefore, I constantly remind them to get ample rest.
