traditional Asia boss culture, not suitable for new gen people
The good thingsstaffs mostly are nice, but be careful some may smile in front but act behind.
The challengesalways not enough of time to complete task, not because of my skill not good enough, is because they paying 1 staff salary to do boss multiple companies work. not suitable for new gen people, maybe 70/80's people can survive here.

The good thingsHad a good camaraderie spirit among the same department. Picked up many valuable skills and experience dealing with people and clients.
The challengesThe late hours due to deadline and expectation to ensure the system is up and ready. They salary provided does not matched the work scope that was agreed. Work as a service engineer but expected to make sales as part of KPI. Upon promotion confirmation, information regarding the extra benefits that comes with the new package was not informed or given. Had to make enquiries before providing what was supposed to be included.
