West Region3 to 4 years in the role, current employee
A very tiring role, even the pay does not equate with the hardship
The good thingsNothing good comes out from working here
The challengesIncompetent HR who always blamed me for discrepancies. I had to raise PO and update it. She blames me when the PO amount is not increased before an event, when she should have checked her email and NOT be incompetent. On top of that I have to buy lunch for my boss and cake for the team's birthdays. Just note that if you become an Admin you will be accountable and get blamed for almost everything.

Worse than a domestic helper. Must help buy lunch, buy cake for personal.
The good thingsNothing that I've enjoyed. I would have given zero star if I could.
The challengesConfusing policy. I am asked to buy cake and expense it for an employee anniversary celebration but then HR said it is not allowed to expense. Now I have to follow up with people to get back my money. God knows if I can get my money back.

    Great team to work with
The good thingsGreat team and managers, Flexible work arrangements, good benefits in general compared to others, highly values growing from within... expecting good career growth and assignments.
The challengesOT can be a norm if do not manage the work well. Quite intense in expectations. How you sell yourself and your results really important to drive salary increments. There are some 'qualification' required internally to get certain promotions

    Workplace Environment
The good thingsGood employee benefits but the salary was average.
The challengesToxic Workplace Environment due to toxic colleagues. One person coping with four man roles (EO, AO & SO) High stress level Long hours of working without any break except meals Management was inefficient and ineffective, leaders and team would not want to work with you once you made minor mistakes at the beginning stage. Ineffective coaching, evaluation, training programme and buddy system.

A company with a competitive and hence a toxic culture
The good thingsHigh Salary and good benefits
The challengesToxic environment, people stepped over you to progress. Hard to get pay, pay only comes one month later. Career progression and reward system was not good. No work life balance. Poor management, poor training when you first started (ineffective buddy system and training were not progressive). Only hitting quota for safety and quality.

    Comprehensive Learning
The good thingsWork environment and friendly staff. Anyone can interact with a calendar invite and are open to sharing learning. Very ambient and happening work environment.
The challengesIf the team lead is not interactive, your work will be affected. Difficult to understand the manager at first go but if found non co-operative, will affect your work and your future career.

top notch company benefit and reasonable decision process
The good thingsreasonable thought process and employee matters
The challengesthe glass ceiling from analyst level to manager level. it is very hard to go further your career for manager. there is 2 categories in p&g which are Analyst & Technician (A&T) and Band. if you are A&T and want to become manager oneday, forget about it! it will be better and faster resign A&T first and re apply band position.

The good thingsSupervisors and my fellow colleagues made my work here amazing! Learned a lot of new things which will help my future. All the staffs were well taken care of.The environment to work was comfortable and when needed there were some space to relax as well.
The challengesTo be honest everything was great in the company. If there is anything that needs to be improved, each staff should learn every part of the job scope. They should not just give a job to one person and let them keep doing that particular job. Change is good and it's needed in every job. Other than that like I said, P&G is amazing!!

Join if you are looking for career stability and good benefits
The good thingsBenefits and good rapport from team members.
The challenges- Management level are mostly expats. - Local will take up mostly non-executive roles. - Management level should pay special attention to welfare of production workers as they are the key drivers to meet production output. - Operation manager (2011/2012) is incapable to lead the team. Does not have the moral values and right attitude to lead. No sympathy, empathy.
