    The good thingsGood teammates colleagues around.
    The challengesLow renumeration. No bonuses. No AWS. Always shortstaffed. Management only cares about the figures. Always telling the employees the company not making money. .

    The good thingsNice colleagues around, interesting industry with exposures to retail corporates clients
    The challengesImpossible datelines, basic training given with minimum support rendered, To much administrative paperwork's to get things done, poor communications and collaborations between departments, poor management team with no experience in running their departments.
