    Project Hair’s beginning in 2015 and Project Nails' beginning in 2016 was a little less conventional. It started out as a project (pun intended) to allow a company’s staff to have more say in their own destiny, as long as it aligned with the company’s philosophy of quality service for an excellent customer experience. Another major goal was to attest to the public that there are salons like ours where a customer can relax, knowing they won’t be relentlessly badgered to upgrade their service or sign up for packages. We have now been exercising these principles for 7 years.At Project Hair and Project Nails, this is our promise to our customers:Quality service and products with accountability and traceability.No hard selling.
