    The good thingsNo. training maybe. day and night training. And provide dinner, because they require the staff to stay back until 8pm at least.
    The challengesDifficult to get commission, drag the salary payment, only pay on 12th of the month. Brainwash us to OT, better to work 24/7 if not company will sack us. Ridiculous contract term, resign need to compensate 6 months salary. Once resign cannot get back the balance commission and salary. money oriented. typical singaporean boss

    The challengesDistance to the company is easier now with the east west line The company bonus is given in a quartly basis rather then given as one month.

    The good thingsAble to learn more things with all department (Credit Control, Costumer Service, Logistics Department etc) Working Environment is good for staffs communication(before changed) Jobs/tasks processes in place for following with out question and worry. Able/easy to get touch/given feed back to Management(GM/CEO)
    The challengesCompany structure need to review as need an Operation Manager / Executive instead of all things go to GM/CEO cause of delay decision making. Working space in need for difference departments when there are still space available and do not leave it unused. Company should invest on upgrade the system(Server/Computer etc) to boost the speed of work and not wait for the system run for the long time.
