Occasionally expecting to provide assistance to residents that is not beyond our scope of works and giving them assurance. Lack of in-house technical support team to assist minor works at estates without technical team.

    A company that value add
    The good thingsWhy such a good rating when my salary is \"only\" average? Propnex is my company although I am just a new agent. The key is the CEO. He is a real fighter and good leader. He believes in adding value to anyone he come across. I am a new agent but sold my first condo on my 28th day. The company \"pushes\" every member to add value to themselves and our customers by upgrading ourselves.
    The challengesBeing an agent you have no choice but to face your fear and stir things you hate doing. For me I have to engage buyers and see them as my own family member. Putting myself in their shoe, I get myself to think what my buyer would think, serving them with love and care so that at the end of the day, they feel good about their choice.
