    The good things- Professional and approachable team - The leadership team is hands-on and supportive if you can make a good case for recommendations - Surprising organised for a startup but there are changes that require adaptability
    The challenges- Working hours can be long as there are many projects to handle so it may not be for everyone

    Gap Year Internship as a Venture Developer
    The good thingsThe team is awesome, open, very young and dynamic. It was really easy to fit in. As it is a startup, it is impossible to get bored, every day comes with new challenges. This experience is really rewarding, I still learn new valuable things every day. I can only recommend.

Individuals are allowed to propose lucrative suggestions and build on it if deemed beneficial. This facilitates innovation and I find that awesome!! Like many new age tech firms, Propseller has adopted the spirited culture code. Transparency, innovation and team-cohesiveness set the culture scene. Hope this continues as the team rapidly grows.
    The challengesThe PropTech industry has become very competitive in Singapore. The team has its work cut out for it to address these challenges and be ahead of the rest. However, the force is made up of a very dynamic, tech-savvy and creative bunch from various backgrounds. Learning on the job here is fun and engaging
