    The challengesBasically all agencies need licensed officers to man their sites. The serious issue about this agency is lack of knowledge in selecting their managers. They developed a payroll system that a full time officers will never ever achieve their contracted gross pay. I am puzzled by this because their grade is A. So if you are applying here, just do adhoc or part time. Your payslip will be clearer and simpler.

    I was taught of every of every aspect of security.
    The good thingsThe teamwork was great. We help each other on every aspect of work. I was groomed to run the show with a senior staffs to guide me. So I had numerous mentor as guide me till I was deemed to run the show on my own.
    The challengesThe manpower issue always bogged us down. This is where our teamwork and mutual understanding comes in handy and we prevailed. United we stand and makes the atmosphere hard to easy and merrier. Always sit down together after each debacle.
