The challengesHeavily Business Orientated and bad management decision. No work-life balance due to poor leadership at business/school unit level. Over-loaded with tasks and having high tendency to bring work to home.

Good working environment but there are rooms for improvement
The good thingsFriendly colleagues and good working environment.
The challengesSalary is on the low side. Private education industry in general is facing difficulties due to tightening of government regulations, heavily impacting business prospect and profitability. Slow or no replacement of leaving staffs, leading to spill over of workload to other team members. Certain department are required to work weekend shifts, with no standard double compensation (only 1 day off given)

Ambitious Institution with Excellent Academic Reputation
The good thingsCoherent team of motivated individuals who work together to achieve ambitious goals. The company has a large team that shows strong comradery making for a non-threatening and motivational work environment. Company has well defined goals that paint a clear picture for the future of the company and its intended direction. Company has multiple avenues for staff to give extra to students and the community if they wish.
The challengesSize of the institution may, at times, make it unwieldy. Company is currently, like most other educational institutions, in a transition period - moving from traditional teaching and learning strategies towards newer practices. This is not necessarily a negative as this presents an excellent opportunity for individuals to work towards further developing a truly unique learning experience for the large student body.

Not great progression or salary but very flexible, good for those not aspiring too high in career
The good thingsThe flexibility of the place and the amount of leave given.
The challengesMany departments are short on staff and can be very busy.

    Great experience by far
The good thingsGreat staff benefits and staff recognition system in place. Leaders/ HR/ Management staffs are approachable..
The challengesLike in most places one will need to be able to face and cope with stress from multi tasking and working within short timelines to meet KPIs set.

    Feasible to work short term
The good thingsLocation of both campuses make it convenient and accessible via public transport. Peer level support is relatively good. Food options surrounding both campuses are quite wide as well.
The challengesChange in work structure and reorganisation occurs multiple times year. Hence this disrupts all supposed 'routine' work as well as emotionally demoralises employees. High turnover rate at both Management and executive level, hence leadership and adequate talent to guide and lead the teams are lacking. Career progression plans are not clearly spelt out to enhance motivation and career objective of the individual.

    Daily high volume but manageable.
The good thingsThe person in charge was very supportive, helpful and let me do my daily job on my own with no disturbance. The job was cleared every end of the day. Its a good time management.
The challengesNeed to improve filing systems neatly and appropriate. The linkage of the computer system is too big cos most of the staffs used at the same time hence resulted to hang or slow to use the computer.

Not a bad place to work
The good thingsWork Life balance when working here. Get to go home on time and colleagues are generally very nice. The work place is near to MRT station so it's very convenience to get to work.
The challengesSalary is not bad, however it could be better.
