The good thingsExposure to many companies' quality systems. Opportunity to share thoughts. Welcome ideas. Always innovative business approach by focusing on development of new products.

The challengesCompany should concentrate on individual development plans and training. Its challenging to work on some projects which never worked before without proper training.
