    A Stable and Supportive Workplace for Long-Term Growth
    The good thingsPS Cafe is stable. It is rare to find an F&B company that puts in such strong effort to provide a positive working environment and good conditions for its employees. I’ve been with the company for almost 10 years and have seen many team members grow alongside the business, making meaningful progress and achieving milestones in their careers. Overall, I truly enjoy the culture here. We work hard, and our efforts are recognised and rewarded. While the F&B industry is very challenging, this company stands out as one that treats its people better.

    A place when you can grow and develop yourself together with the company.
    The good thingsCreating an environment for employees to develop & learn new skills and taking care of them, making sure they can fully concentrate on developing their career with the company. Everyone is important and everyone is part of the process to make it work.
    The challengesJust like running a marathon, determination, constant self motivation, perseverance, always trying, when you are tired, learn to rest and not stop. Always have to remind ourself during the journey, what we are trying to achieve, how to achieve it, and what is the learning curve we can take away from it.

    Local company which focus primarily on foreigners employees.
    The good thingsFun team, fun people to work with, even during stressful times serving the guests, most service crews does not show black faces. Staff discounts 40%, retail at 20%. Friendly founders who like to interact with employees.
    The challengesCleanliness and hygiene is a main concern here. Depends on outlets, certain older outlets have terrible hygiene level. Secondly, the guests at some older outlets are pretty impatient, demanding, selfish and not cooperative. Need to be passive-aggressive at times when handling certain guests. Was hired as a Bartender, end up doing more waiting, serving and running than supposed to as according to position.
