    The good thingsLots of good people, full of ideas, a real place to show your talent if you are in good team. Mantra to success is make as many friends as you can
    The challengesExtremely hierarchical and bossy environment and at times it become suffocating. Decision paralysis as people are not willing to take decision due to blame game later on
