A Mere Cog in the Wheel
The good things- Your horizontally levelled peers are generally nice colleagues to have around. - You'll have access to one of the best gyms/yoga studio in Singapore, for free. - The product and branding have potential to go far.
The challenges- Terrible outdated processes, inefficient ways of working. - Severe lack of communication and transparency between management and staff. - Too many red tapes and inputs on the Singapore office from HQ in Hong Kong; imagine the unnecessary level of approvals to get things done. - Growth opportunities are lacking if you're an office staff, you'll just be a cog in the wheel. - Too tunnel visioned in revenue generation.

    Great outlook, but rotten inside
The good thingsVery nice and encouraging colleagues Free usage of facilities
The challengesSome are very free and have not much work, while others are overworked. Direct management is fake and unprofessional and does not care about the employees. Some colleague is too vocally loud all the time and makes it a hard environment to work in. Communication is severely lacking.

    Interesting
The good thingsOne of the things I like about the team is that they are very bonded. We help each other and despite difficult times you can depend on your team.
The challengesThe company has helped me to grow professionally by encouraging us. There are difficult customers some times and if we are doing something wrong they will point it out and tell us how to improve.

    Only focused on revenue generation
The good thingsGood products to sell to potential prospects, very reputable in terms of service
The challengesVery high turnover rate; I can understand the goal to every business is to generate revenue, but not at the expense of burning out the sales staff.

    Great for work life balance
The good thingsYou can go for classes and utilise the gym when you had some free time. Clients were incredibly great to work with as they were mostly looking to improve their current fitness level and were open to trying out new things based on what i recommended. It's a very friendly environment to be in as my colleagues were all pleasant and fun. Higher ups are always open to suggestion and feedback and it was something that made me feel appreciated as a junior level staff.
The challengesAchieving monthly sales targets was a constant source of stress like in any sales-related role, but I felt that sometimes the targets weren't as realistic as it should be. I felt that I could have done better with a little more guidance from my supervisors and a fairer commission scheme.

    Good working environment and colleagues
The good thingsable to meet lots of different and interesting members. Good exposure and a good platform to learn soft skills in dealing with people. Overall I really enjoy my work here and lots of great members that will make your day great!
The challengesThere will always be lots of challenges when dealing with the public as different people have different opinion and standards that they stand for. Challenges are what shape us and groom us to who we are,
