Career progression and opportunities are definitely available if one strives hard and proves him/herself in the company.
The good thingsVery high salary increment % as compared to most companies in Singapore. Rarely see employees OTing. Spacious office and great food options in the Bugis area during lunch. Company provides lunch buffets during festive seasons.
The challengesFast paced industry and monthly back to back campaigns. Strong competition from other rival companies in e-commerce.

    Comfortable
The good thingsStable and predictable. Can be quite monotonous at times if you like that sort of thing. They recognize good work and will position you to do work based on your strengths.
The challengesYou could be forced to work outside of your comfort zone with little to no guidance. But thats a challenge that most companies face nowadays. Pretty normal. Work can easily pile up and once it does, you can only hope to finish it as soon as possible as its mostly quantity over quality, pretty stressful but not impossible, just time-consuming. There is little to no reason to work overtime as there is no additional pay, but the company does not holds you back neither.
