ComfortableThe good thingsStable and predictable. Can be quite monotonous at times if you like that sort of thing. They recognize good work and will position you to do work based on your strengths.
The challengesYou could be forced to work outside of your comfort zone with little to no guidance. But thats a challenge that most companies face nowadays. Pretty normal.
Work can easily pile up and once it does, you can only hope to finish it as soon as possible as its mostly quantity over quality, pretty stressful but not impossible, just time-consuming. There is little to no reason to work overtime as there is no additional pay, but the company does not holds you back neither.
