The challengesLack of training and support from management. Need to sign 2-year bond after probation confirmation. Possibly due to high turnover?

Not what I expected

The good thingsTraining provided. Close-knit group of teachers. Nice bosses.

The challengesMultiple job expectations due to lack of manpower. Promotion without immediate salary increment. Saturday meetings can be a drag. Bonus not fixed/ certain.
