Faced challenges with workload, communication, and recognition.
The good thingsI enjoyed gaining hands-on experience in automation systems and learning how real project work is handled. I also had the opportunity to develop my skills in HR, Finance, and Operations, which helped me grow in my role. The job gave me useful exposure to different areas of work and helped me build practical experience from an entry-level position to an officer role.
The challengesThe workload can be quite heavy at times, especially during reporting and invoice deadlines. Communication and management support could be improved to make work processes smoother. Career progression may also be slow depending on performance and role. Clearer recognition and reward policies would also help improve employee motivation. The management could improve communication, provide clearer guidance and support, and be more responsive to staff concerns to help improve work efficiency and teamwork.

    Poor management
The good thingsFriendly engineers and technicians.
The challengesThe company and department leaders are less likely to take care of their employees and interns, especially in operation departments. Plus, there are many foreign construction workers in this company. Not recommended to Intern or fresh graduate to join as career & personal growth is very poor. Intern and technician will have many chances to do labour work, like carry platform ladder.

Company with low salary with super low perks but high expectation
The good thingsGet along with most of the colleagues but not all, as some work to impress the boss with no work done.
The challengesLack of teamwork, lack of management support. When problems arises, no brainstorming to resolve the issue and do finger pointing of who is at fault.
