I also had the opportunity to develop my skills in HR, Finance, and Operations, which helped me grow in my role. The job gave me useful exposure to different areas of work and helped me build practical experience from an entry-level position to an officer role.
The challengesThe workload can be quite heavy at times, especially during reporting and invoice deadlines. Communication and management support could be improved to make work processes smoother. Career progression may also be slow depending on performance and role. Clearer recognition and reward policies would also help improve employee motivation.
The management could improve communication, provide clearer guidance and support, and be more responsive to staff concerns to help improve work efficiency and teamwork.
