    The challengesContract period does not tally with client's contract. Agreed working hours does not tally with client's working hours. Does not compensate for 0.5 hour per day. No compassionate leave for local Singaporean.

    Bad HR that do not communicate
    The good thingsGood client . I stayed because I have a good client boss.
    The challengesYou settle everything yourself. The HR of this company do not talk to each other. It’s so hard to get them to reply to emails or calls pertaining to contract details. A lot of last minute notice and do not give time for response. Worst HR I encountered to date.

    The challengesHR interaction is very less with employees , will be good if interaction is more. Nothing benefits from company . Keep employees under clients and for everything like hike and benefits we as individual need to talk to client and Comtel HR will not make any effort on this. Medical insurance is not covering for family.
