    Terrible management, failed to deliver what was promised.

    The challengesDisastrous top management, rules can be change within a day, and still take the blame. Some colleagues are just pure toxic. No clear career path, no commission even sales target hit.

    The challengesNeeded of high communication skills and patient as need entertained telephone call from customers. Needed multitasking skills as well because need to record all the information that provide by customers when listening to phone calls.
