    The challengesLong working hour, poor work life balance, request staffs to OT without paying OT, like to use food to offset your time. WFH: work everyday and anytime since you holding the laptop. Sunday also work.

    The good thingsAble to gain a lot of experience in dealing with issues, every day is a working day and an audit day, all documents must be correct and complete, always ensure compliance to the relevant authorities, documents are money and must be checked accordingly

    The good thingsAs a fresh graduate, this company does have a good working environment because the colleagues are friendly and good.
    The challengesFirstly, this is the first time i encounter doing sales without any commission and working hours is too long. The entitled one hour lunch time, sometimes i dont even had a chance to use it.

    The good thingsColleagues are very approachable and helpful. You can get many opportunities to grow as long as you are willing to work hard. Work hard play hard is also achieved here with a resting area , gym and pool table for employees to bond after work.

    Full of opportunities and challenging work experiences
    The good thingsI have been working here for 5 years, and I always get the opportunity to use my abilities to solve the problems that I face at work, to help the company achieve its goals. I feel that this way of working has allowed me the room to grow and develop my personal and professional skills. In my role, I've also met many newcomers who are too reliant on their mentors and not able to work independently to deliver value. Those who are not able to meet the expectations may give up themselves, and I think this is good, if not they might affect the strong dynamics of the team. Raduga has a good environment for me to work in, and especially i like that there is a recreational room for me to relax and de-stress after day of work. Management takes very good care of my needs and my seniors are willing to teach and give me many opportunities to learn and do on my own. It's also because of all these reasons that I have stayed on with the company for this long, and will continue to stay on to continue growing with the company.
