Working At Raffles House PreschoolThe good thingsEmployer was understanding and caring. Working environment was comfortable and colleagues were mostly wonderful to work with. The job responsibilities were simple and straight-forward. The children were lovely to look after. Also, the teacher-children relationships were good.
The challengesColleagues had difficulty working together as a team at times. Handling children for a first-timer would have been challenging. Parents' concerns were also difficult to handle and at times, their requests were difficult to maintain. The salary was also not very attractive.
