    Helpful, Friendly colleagues, Work-Life Balance
The good thingsFlat hierarchy where bosses will consider your feedback. Went for maternity leave and I was not disturbed at all. Company is pro-family and I'm able to end work on time and spend time with my family even on weekdays. Colleagues are giving and genuine, truly happy working here!
The challengesBeing a non-profit organisation, they are unable to pay as much as corporate companies but we end work on time and medical, dental benefits are good so overall, it's still a good company.

Great work life balance but comes with a stagnant career
The good thingsAble to clock off on the dot most of the time unless there are upcoming important school events As long as you're well versed in your area of expertise, most of the given work are really manageable
The challengesBenefits are above what government agencies provide though salary wise is more or less the same. Some of the management are really outdated on their area of expertise from the current industry and is not opened to new ideas for implementation or even discussion Career progression is easily stagnant Facilities are worn down for such a prestige school Might not be the right place especially for fresh graduates who are looking for exposure and there might be nothing to learn for them at all
