    Good Remuneration & Cheerful Working Environment
    The good thingsThe remuneration package is constantly improving and above market. It reflects the company's acknowledgement of us, 'childcare teachers'. Good culture as teachers are free to express themselves and issues are resolved in an open-table manner. Colleagues are great and the cheerful vibe keeps me motivated constantly
    The challengesMeeting parents' demands. They are constantly asking for children's updates although children are happy coming to school.

    The good thingscompany perform their work on google suites which is useful and effective, is good if you are able to adapt.
    The challengesSOP is reviewed too often from time to time under the stressful discussion of the management. No medical insurance coverage although you may make a small claim at per quarter.
