    A Great Place to work for
    The good thingsI like the flexibility that our CFO has given to staff. The culture of the working environment is great as well, except for the location is a bit out of the way.
    The challengesThe challenges are to deal with some of those difficult staff that gives you a hard time.

    The good thingsPerks include a staff canteen, bonus etc
    The challengesMay have to work during events but this is a service industry so I do not mind.
