The good thingsI am a woman who is dedicated to work effectively and efficiently with an exceptional work ethics, an energetic and organized individual who is keen to harmonize with a team of experienced professionals and establish rapport with diverse patient group. I am a fast learner and receptive to new ideas.
The challenges Annoying People who complains too much about everything and their problems, manipulative liars, constantly toxic negativity, unfunny people with zezo self-esteem, unsupportive friends, Heavy Metal and Trap music nowadays, Summer Heat with no fresh wind and no rain at all in my Country.

    Good starting point for learning
The good thingsMany things to learn about corporate life, Iso and JCI standards. If you master these guidelines/SOPs, you will likely do well in other companies, especially smaller private ones. Great exposure and a lot of things to learn.
The challengesSystem IT infrastructure could be a lot better for a such a relatively large listed company. Many processes are manual. SAP system is awkward and clunky to use. Good standards upheld translates to much paperwork/redtape many a times and delay any process or when you just want to get things done to solve problems. Lack of staff is a problem, and everyone is overworked. OT culture is a norm and likely you will be judged if you dont put in OT time. Clear distinction in ranking and lines drawn. Lack of proper guidance given for new staff. MOst of the time you either sink or swim, or just put in OT to correct your mistakes. Tight timelines add on to the stress and not only do you have to do so much in a limited amount of time, you are expected to give quality good results.

    Extremely bad experience
The good things- some good colleagues - nothing else that came to mind.
The challenges- antique computer system, with more than 2 different software that crashes with each other all the time (CMS, Sun and SAP). - Extremely manual which can be very tedious and non-productive - Lack of physical equipment and hardware, such as good printers, and so generating invoices at the end of the month is a nightmare when everyone is queuing up for one printer and that printer jammed all the time. - almost no support from supervisor - A lot of office politics that really get to bones of me. - no real training or whatsoever - Heaps of unneeded OT (working even at weekends and public holidays) if only things are done in a more efficient way, so you can kiss your family life away. - lousy medical benefits (and it was a healthcare company, which is a joke) - No OT pay for executive and executives are not exactly high paid
