    Meaningful, Fulfilling and Joyful.
The good thingsThe company has a good working environment with supportive colleagues. The school also provide good courses to help with new employees. Teachers working there are very friendly and encouraging. Working with the students is a very fun learning experience. You will also enjoy the flexible working hours that allow you to do work at home.
The challengesThe paperwork can be overwhelming sometimes and teachers who are not familiar with using a computer to do work can feel pretty stressed out. The management may be slow in handling some matters.
