    The good thingsIt is a big organisation and benefits includes firm trips every 2 years, medical benefits, family day & department bonding activities.
    The challengesMust be able to handle stress. Working for 2-3 partners/lawyers in a fast paced environment.

    The good thingsWorking as a legal litigation secretary for aboit close to 6 years I can confidently say that Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP (\"R&T\") does a good job in maintaining its highest level of staff benefits. Their SOPs are one of e few firms in Singapore that are organised, manageable and easy-going.
    The challengesLack of proper secretarial allocation and managing of work system within a team. The secretaries assisting junior associates tend to get voluminous jobs whereas these hurdles could be shared within all secretaries in the team. Partners head should also be aware of such system so as to lessen work conflicts and dissatisfaction.
