    Career progression not clear
The good thingsLunch is catered and you have shuttle buses that pick you up from designated MRT stations.
The challengesNot much clarity or direction in terms of where the company is headed, and things can change very quickly. Decisions are usually overturned by senior management so you don't feel like you have much of a say.

Operational Departments still in Startup Stage
The good thingsFree lunch, that's all.
The challengesThe bosses in the operational team always use their authority to override everything. Example, there is no dress code in the company based on company policy, but the department bosses dislike their team to wear short, thus everyone in the team need to wear long pant.

Fast pace and dynamic, but without proper development process.
The good thingsThe company offers a dynamic and flexible working environment. Dress code is casual and employees are allowed to relax by engaging in computer gaming even during office hours. Lunch is provided to all employees. Salary package is also attractive and could be considered slightly above average.
The challengesOffice is located in Chai Chee which is not easily accessible especially if you resides in the west area. Traveling to China is also quite frequent. The engineering development process is almost a non-existence. The engineers are expected to be responsible for the risk in projects even when the schedule is unrealisticly short. Vulgarity is a common sight in the office from the top.
