    The challengesAfter finished contract. I myself local sg Work must go help here and there been helping alot lastly its not appreciated at all and nonsense excuses nonsense 13 month bonus.

    The challengesAlot of pioneer generation, refuse to adapt to changing times and build upon an old model that's phasing out in an ever changing era. Profit hungry and willing to cut manpower to salvage costings.

    The good thingsColleagues are caring who give tips on efficient work. They have fair employment practices like marriage leave, parent leave, childcare leave.
    The challengesFast paced environment. The director is quite stingy whereby if one has completed their work before shift ends, they are required to help out with work of other teams. Staff in white just took opinions of supervisors who wants to give warning at supervisor discretion. No wage increment. Tools are old and rusty. Toilet for staff is unhygienic.
