Self care becomes self centered at the expense of other co workers
The good thingsConducive working environment HR executive understanding, professional & detailed
The challengesJob description as advertised does not match with the centre manager verbal statements. After worked 2 mths job tasks took a change. When flagged up HOD claimed it's for the future but centre manager did not speak further to clarify. Asst centre supervisor also hoarding nurse job tasks to avoid make ICP changes cause stress for care staff. Because the first nurse was very strict and gave care staff a lot of stress to upkeep care standards. So future nurse started work kept away certain tasks so cannot change away their comfort zone. Care staff appear passionate on care of senior but when senior ADL needs increases the team members frowned gossiped n shunned else ask for helper to sit in with senior do all ADL because they only want to take care easier profile seniors to stay away from stress and answer for incident. Counter regularly have no admin executive staff to attend to visitation, enquiries n payments. Counter often left vacant.
