    Working in Realstar is like a small family.
    The good thingsThey have a lot of in house courses for staff to learn and upgrade skills. Company keeps on improving staffs knowledge and skills which I love it the most. Working there is like a small family to me. Colleagues are nice and friendly. Always help each other when in need.
    The challengesNot enjoying if there is argument or any politics in meeting or work related. A few are not co-operative in terms of jealousy which I don't want to have it.
