    Challenging Dynamics
The good thingsProvides a good environment for an individual to experience and develop across various functions.
The challengesDynamic markets and low-profit margins often mean a lack of resources for projects. High uncertainty in the markets results in indecisiveness of management, leading to stressful timelines and inefficiency in time and resource utilization

Excessive workload, low headcount, too many meetings and constant decision changing by the management
The good thingsLow headcount makes you have to cover more jobscope and hence learn more.
The challenges1. Hard to find teamwork and cooperation between and also within departments. 2. Too many meetings to attend. 3. Too little headcount and excessive workload. 4. Too many projects to handle and too little time given to study the project before executing it. 5. Management is constantly changing their technology roll out game plan.

HIghly Demanding. Not only have to meet KPI but must match or beat competition based on Market Index ie. PVInsight and Bloomberg.
The good thingsWorking in a growing company give us visibility and involvement in management strategy and roadmap. Having access to this, allow us to have macro and micro perspective of the business. REC has one of the better reputation in the solar industry and this help in developing and negotiating with suppliers.
The challengesSolar Industry is very competitive as we are constantly under cost pressure from competition from lower cost countries. To stay ahead of the game, technically we need to be more advance and at the same time, retain very competitive price.
