    Fruitful experience but full of limitations
    The good thingsVery fast-paced and people are competitive. It is a rough start but groomed me to be independent and always challenging myself. Commission based allows us to keep working harder and harder
    The challengesSales based career can be very self-critique especially we are competing within our team and put us at a very difficult spot sometimes especially if those have a hard time separating personal/work life. Incentives based jobs but there is not stability and sustainability, the fluctuation is real

    The good thingsThe owner of the COO is very kind and also very genuine and of course its really hard for me to leave this place because of having great boss and the managers as well. I really really appreciate the experience given here and the opportunity for me to excel myself in customer service.

    The challengesSometimes while trying to source for the most reliable and quickest courier for heavy shipment like pigging, it could get quite stressful at times.

    The challengesThey play with a loop-hole of not giving any benefits to their staff before confirmation. Which could stretch beyond a year. Really stressful environment and extremely competitive.

    The good thingsThe company was very efficient as they arranged for contract positions with another foreign bank. As they are such a big organisation, they had many positions available as many companies choose this company as their ideal recruitment agency with the reach it can achieve.
    The challengesPayment schedule is strange as it is not a fixed date but within 7 working days from 1st. They are a big company so they tend to have numerous agents who seem to be me concerned with closing a deal ( matching candidates to company) than genuinely getting a job match perfectly for the candidate and company.
