    The good things• Learnt 360 recruitment process that includes job posting, screening, conducting and arranging interviews, offers, on-boarding process and follow-ups • Young and vibrant environment • Helpful colleagues
    The challenges• Poor mentorship (Different teams has different types of mentorship. Being assigned to the right team plays a huge part in this company.) • Lack of work/life balance • Compulsory half-day on a Saturday if failed to achieve target • Pay-cut system if failed to achieve target (20% paycut) • Poor commission scheme • 100% focus on sales instead of genuinely assisting candidates in finding the right job • Poor people management
