We didn't just have to stay in office and work, on weekdays we can actually make our way down to warehouse to oversee the current issues happening in warehouse and we our job are mobilised.. We can work outside of office as long as there is strin wifi connected.
The challengesChallenges was liasing between higher managers in managements and drivers bosses as as we have to be in-charge with 6 different contractors bosses, and drivers complaints on routes given to them the day before they send the orders. As issues was discuss yet no changes was made by managers as they rather have more sales made then solve cases between driver issues on road.
