Retirement Company & Not Suitable for Fresh Graduates
The good thingsMany departments in this company (project department, contract department & drafting department separate into Facade, GC & Millwork), easy jobs, seldom overtime, work-life balance, own factory (in-house) manufacturing with machineries in Singapore & Malaysia
The challengesNot suitable for fresh graduates & who are willing to learn & explore, family business (with some unnecessary posts), colleagues who shirk responsibility, salary lower than market

So..so..not bad but not that good too
The good thingsWork as a project team in GC When have site work, its more relax. Have a full factory, and other teams to help you cope with your project work.
The challengesPeople relationship When no project, need to stay in office. Sometimes its just very difficult to work with certain old birds in the office.

Very good overseas project management exposure
The good thingsI followed the best superior I've ever encountered . He is so flexible in any ways. Have to go Johor frequently as we have a gigantic factory over there. This company is very willing to give you knowledge , they have so many high-tech machinery costing millions per machine that you've never seen before. I enjoyed going overseas to manage project facing new challenges.
The challengesEvery project I've encountered have shorter time line than it suppose to have due to the competitive market. In our Johor office/Factory , the locals over there have a different type of working culture which makes employee from Singapore head office frequently have miscommunication/argument with them. Traveling overseas for work is good, but I'm a family man already.
