    Cool family fun environment
The good thingsThe environment is very family-oriented where we can learn as a team together, not just in the individual personality aspect. We also learnt about what's called "Work hard & play hard". Management is also very good as they promote family oriented and treats everyone like a friend more than just being a subordinate or an employee.
The challengesLocation is one of the challenges as it is located very far from my home.

    Demoralising work
The good thingsThe company tries to train its talents in a mostly futile attempt to retain them
The challengesDemoralising work of face to face sales. Very false job advertisement in an attempt to recruit as many new manpower as possible due the high turnover rates given the undesirable nature of work of this job (face to face, on the street, sales)
