I had worked as Graduate Apperentice Trainee for a period of 1 year in Trim and Chasis section at decking section.Worked with full hearted and dedication as the collague's and working environment are good and very friendly manner.The good thingsGreat Environment for learning the manufacturing of the car as my seniors helped a lot in learning a lot apart from my working section.

The challengesCareer opportunity for an Apperentice or Intern is much low,as they always opted for Campus Interviews and high graded universities.
Eventhough as they appereciate for our work but job confirmation for an intern or apperentice is not done.
