    It is very eye-opening.
    The good thingsI am able to interact well with many people and see the inner working of what service industry did in order to provide a comfortable moment for the customers. The managers were very friendly and patient who knows how to treat their employees with respect and kindness to make them feel welcomed.
    The challengesThere was a lack in manpower and I did struggle with the chores but they were manageable at the very least.

    The good thingsHotel has really great benefits since you are under Far East Organization. Recommend this for people looking for good healthcare and just starting out in the hotel industry.
    The challengesIts an average size hotel. Therefore, management expects the highest standards. However, we are not given good operating equipment to carry out our daily jobs.

    A journey to remember
    The good thingsIn Rendezvous Hotel Singapore, I have been exposed to all the main areas of the hotel, from the front desk to the back of the house. I would say that my time in Rendezvous have been tough yet fulfilling.
