    A wrong decision made to work here
    The good thingssemi flexi working hour and some extra leave for year end and CNY, maternity leave policy same for local and foreigner
    The challengessuperior did not guide much on work, no career advancement possibility, superior will give faces when take leave, low salary which does not compensate workload and lower than market

    The good thingsWork load is average, still able to manage with work life balance. As one of the leading company in Semiconductor industry, good market exploration with variant of customers from different regions.
    The challengesLocal management is lack of direction and viable strategy in fast-paced business environment. Not a good company to develop career path of engineering.
