    Lack of growth opportunities
    The good thingsGood benefits, good working environment and great colleagues. Lousy bosses though.
    The challengesLimited progression opportunities. Too many ‘foreign talents’ in the company and too political. Increment is based on the salary range, I.e, lower salary gets more increment amount from the overall sim allocated to the dept, and vice versa. Increment not according to performance.

    The good thingsProfitable company with great working culture. Most employees are competitive and proud of what they are doing. Work side by side with Australian colleagues.
    The challengesToo frequent movement of management team. Not easy to stabilise your career, as you need to start all over again every time there's movement.
