    Be prepared for long hours, little respect, and 24/7 availability if you choose to work as a Secretary for the Indonesian family members—high pay comes at the cost of pride and dignity.
    The good thingsBenefits and Staff Entitlement is good.
    The challengesLong working hours. If you intend to work as a Secretary supporting the Indonesian Family Members, be ready to swallow your Pride and Dignity. They are high almighty people, and they treat staff with no respect. Secretary are supposed to standby 24hrs for them. If you don't mind high pay with no dignity and respect, please join them.

    The good thingsCompany was growing fast
    The challengesThe company you should avoid. very high turnover rates. Fear culture. Treat employee bad, and most time only care about saving cost. Only employee above GM level fly business trip to countries at Prem economy/business class, the rest are economy class no matter the fly hours. Worst IT system seen in 5+ companies I’ve worked for - literally no support (to save cost).
